- Please review and print the Services Agreement.(pdf format)*
- Sign the agreement on Page 4 and Additional Security Addendum on Page 5.
- Complete and sign the Business Online Banking Fee Schedule and Set-Up Addendum on Page 6.This must be completed when enrolling for any of the online banking services.
- If you are interested in Bill Pay, Wire Transfers, or other functions available through our Business Online Banking system, check the appropriate boxes on the Fee Schedule and Additional Services Addendum. A customer service representative will contact you regarding set-up.
